I offer several different types of massage for people of all ages and health issues.  I have been in the business for the past 28 years and it's not a job.....it's my passion.  Deep tissue, Fibromyalgia, headache relief, neck sprain/strain, sciatica, pre-natal, & aromatherapy are just some of my specialties. 

The main objective of a good massage is to break down the toxins and lactic acids which prohibit our muscles from getting the blood and oxygen they need.  When this happens our body can work at its optimum ability.  This is achieved with technique, therapeutic oils and herbs, relaxation, and knowledge of the body.  It is very important for the client to trust the massage therapist and the knowledge that he/she has.  If you feel comfortable with your massage therapist you will benefit most from the experience.
